Bratton Creative Solutions is a faith-based, family-owned software company based out of Fredericksburg, Texas. We build digital tools and operational systems that help organizations work more clearly, more reliably, and with far less friction.
Our story started in the middle of real operational pain. Austin Bratton was working as the assistant director of facilities at an elite country club, trying to make an outdated CMMS system behave in an environment that needed much more than it could offer.
Instead of settling for the gap between what the software did and what the operation actually needed, he started building. One practical solution led to another. A work order system became a bigger vision. That bigger vision became FORM.
FORM was not born in theory. It was battle-tested by a real team, in a real operation, with very little patience for bugs or wasted motion. That pressure shaped the product into something sharper, stronger, and far more useful.
FORM grew beyond a basic CMMS into a full Framework for Operational Reliability & Management. Pool logs, scheduling, training, and a growing set of tools pushed it far beyond the category it started in.
In April 2026, Austin and Analicia Bratton founded Bratton Creative Solutions, LLC to carry that same spirit forward — building useful software, honoring people's real work, and helping organizations move into a more modern future.
